AddEnergie is proud to welcome Travis Allan as Vice-President of Public Affairs, General Counsel and member of the executive team.

Allan will play a key role affirming AddEnergie’s position as a leader in the North American electric vehicle charging industry. He will work with governments, stakeholders and utilities to develop policies that support the adoption of electric vehicles and the development of charging infrastructure, which will benefit the entire industry. Allan will also head AddEnergie’s legal operations.

Allan is a highly influential figure in the EV industry. He has been recognized by Who’s Who Legal as one of the leading energy lawyers in Canada for his work and experience in EV policy and law. Most recently Allan served as Partner at DeMarco Allan, where he advised on many areas including energy, corporate, climate change and land use law and policy.

Allan serves as Chairman of the Board at Project Neutral, a project of Tides Canada, which educates and raises awareness of how to reduce the global carbon footprint. He formerly served as Governor at the Ontario Land Trust Alliance, Contributing Editor at the International Energy Law Review (published by Sweet & Maxwell) and adjunct faculty at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. He is a frequent speaker and member of government advisory committees across Canada on EV policy.
