AddEnergie is proud to be the recipient of the Frost & Sullivan 2017 North American Electric Vehicle Charging Competitive Strategy Innovation and Leadership Award. This prize was awarded at the Frost & Sullivan Excellence in Best Practices Awards Gala, held on March 6 in San Diego, California.

This international award recognizes AddEnergie’s leadership in the electric vehicle industry, which builds on the company’s strategic position as a one-stop-shop for EV charging solutions. Frost & Sullivan appreciates AddEnergie’s ability to develop and manufacture electric vehicle charging stations for all segments (public, workplaces, single-family homes, multi-unit residential buildings, fleets), as well as to operate its own FLO network and third party networks such as the Electric Circuit (Quebec) and the eCharge Network (New Brunswick). “Frost & Sullivan recognizes that our ability to operate our own charging network, our end-to-end solution allowing utilities to create their network and our leadership in developing network interoperability standards are key differentiators that position us as best-in-class in our industry. Over the years, this innovative approach has widely influenced the growth of Canada’s charging infrastructure and has positively impacted electric vehicle adoption in the country. The Frost & Sullivan Best Practices Award confirms that our business model has the potential to support the development of electric mobility across all of North America with efficient, reliable and open charging infrastructure,” said Louis Tremblay, President and Chief Executive Officer of AddEnergie.

AddEnergie recently started expanding in the United States and opened its first US-based office in San Francisco, California. The company is already working with several American partners on EV charging infrastructure projects and plans to break into the residential market with its FLO Home charging station over the next few months. AddEnergie also continues to work on major deployment projects in Canada, where it now has more than 120 employees in 5 business places and operates over 7,500 charging stations in both commercial and residential applications.
